You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. jilidemo may request supporting documentation to verify the information provided.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilidemo login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. jilidemo will never ask for your password through any channel. You agree to notify jilidemo immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
jilidemo may require you to complete identity verification procedures ("KYC") at any time, including before processing withdrawals. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
The minimum deposit amount on the jilidemo Platform is ₱20 (Philippine Pesos). jilidemo accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and major credit cards. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval during business hours. An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. jilidemo reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. Players will be notified before any fee is applied.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers made available on the jilidemo Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods. Bonus funds credited to your jilidemo account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilidemo, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.
jilidemo's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jilidemo does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
